The Scottish Information Commissioner has launched a Beta (test) version of an application for submitting appeals to his office.
The application form is the fastest and most effective way to submit an appeal. It ensures that any issues that could invalidate your appeal - such as an appeal being made too early or a lack of relevant documentation - are identified early.
Once the form has been completed you will receive a copy of the information that is sent to the Commissioners office. This will include your completed form and submitted documentation.
You can save your form in draft form but all data will be deleted within 7 days and we are unable to recover any deleted forms.
