The Scottish Information Commissioner has launched a Beta (test) version of an application for submitting appeals to his office.
This is a much more efficient process for applicants and the Commissioner as it ensures that any issues that could invalidate a form, forms that are submitted too early or appeals lacking documentary evidence are identified early.
This application form is the fastest and most efficient way to submit an appeal. At the conclusion of the process you will receive the same package that is sent to the Commissioners office including your completed form and submitted documentation.
You can save your form in draft form but all data will be deleted within 7 days and we are unable to recover any deleted forms.

Email applications will still be accepted during this trial.
This form can be opened in a standalone app if preferred.
